Welding

Welding is one of the most important processes in our company. The process is supervised by personnel holding IWE, EWE, IWT, and IWI certificates. All welders possess the required qualifications and authorizations. Welding processes are carried out in accordance with WPQR procedures.

  • Over 200 welding technologies approved according to ISO 15614-1 and DNV-OS-C401 standards
  • Welding of materials such as S355, S420, S460, S690, 1.4404, 1.4418

Painting

We perform painting using both air and airless spray methods. We also offer steel surface blasting in accordance with ISO-8501-1:1988 standards. Surface cleanliness, oil contamination, and salt tests are carried out in compliance with the NORSOK M501 and FROSIO III systems.

  • Manual washing and degreasing chamber with working dimensions of 5.0 m x 5.0 m x 4.2 m
  • Two dual-zone Sciteex paint booths with working dimensions of 15.0 m x 6.0 m x 5.0 m
  • Blasting chamber with working dimensions of 15.0 m x 5.9 m x 5.1 m

Hydraulics

We offer a comprehensive service for the execution and installation of hydraulic systems. For many years, we have cooperated with ND-SERVICE, relying on their expertise, certifications, and experience. Our services in this area include:

  • System layout planning
  • Manufacturing of hoses and pipes
  • Assembly and adjustment of components
  • System installation
  • System flushing to the required oil cleanliness class
  • Pressure testing
  • Preparation of as-built documentation
